How to Initiate a Return

- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
- Retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been processed and confirmed.
Please note that items returned without a valid RMA number may not be processed, and may be returned to you at your expense. The RMA number helps us track your return and process it efficiently.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance for your return shipment.

Inspection and Processing

Exchanges

Store Credit

If your store credit is not used within 12 months, it will expire and cannot be reinstated. We recommend using your store credit before the expiration date.
